Oil Plant Quality Manager

Job Overview

Jadarat Consulting & Training is seeking a qualified Quality Manager to oversee and manage quality assurance operations at an oil manufacturing plant in Hama governorate, in compliance with international quality and food safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Food Technology (Master’s degree in Quality is preferred).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the vegetable oil manufacturing and refining industry.

• Certified credentials in implementing and auditing quality management systems (ISO 9001) and food safety (ISO 22000).

• High leadership skills and team management capabilities.

• Assertiveness and the ability to make decisive decisions in emergency situations.

• Priority management and time management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Proficiency in computer use and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a qualified leadership professional to manage and develop quality control and production monitoring operations at an oil plant in Hama governorate.

• The candidate will be responsible for implementing and auditing international quality systems, ensuring compliance with standard specifications for vegetable oil manufacturing and refining, and managing the team to maintain the highest standards of quality and food safety.
